Servings2 portions
- 15 g Flora buttery spread melted
- 20 g ProActiv Light
- 75 g oats
- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 egg
- 2 bananas
- handful walnuts
Method
- Mix the oats, the milk, the egg and 1 banana into a smooth batter with a hand blender.
- Heat the Flora Buttery in a pan and make about 3 small, thick pancakes. Bake them on both sides for about 3 minutes. Repeat until you run out of batter.
- Brush each pancake with some ProActiv Light spread.
- Slice the remaining banana and chop the walnuts.
- Make 2 equal towers of the pancakes and finish the top pancake with banana and walnuts. Serve.
- Would you like it a bit sweeter? Then pour a little bit of honey over the pancakes.
Method – Air Fryer
- Make the batter: blitz the oats in a blender until they resemble coarse flour. Mash one banana and whisk with the egg and milk, then stir in the oats to make a thick batter.
- Lightly grease silicone muffin cases (or a lined tin that fits the basket) with a little of the melted Flora Buttery and spoon in the batter.
- Air fry at 170°C for 10-12 minutes until set and golden.
- Serve topped with the sliced banana, walnuts and 10g ProActiv Light per portion (added after cooking).
