I have recently started using the Flora ProActiv range and have been really surprised by the results.
My family has a history of health-related issues linked to cholesterol and so I thought it might be a good idea to have mine checked. I was quite shocked to find out it was raised. Like many people, my husband and I never really thought about cholesterol and as we lead a fairly healthy lifestyle we didn’t think it would be something to worry about. I decided that now was the perfect time to understand a bit more about what we put into our bodies and try to make some necessary improvements.
