  • 250 grams kale (or 1 small bunch) rinsed, stems removed, then roughly chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet and drizzle with half the melted Flora ProActiv Buttery, stir to coat.
  2. Roast until potatoes are beginning to brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, stir potatoes and sprinkle with garlic.
  3. Toss kale with remaining Flora ProActiv until evenly coated. Arrange kale on top of potatoes. Return to oven and roast until kale is crisp and beginning to brown, about 10 minutes.
