Honey Almond Filo with Berries

Ingredients
- 2 filo pastry sheets
- 20 grams Flora ProActiv buttery spread
- 4 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 1/3 cup mixed frozen berries thawed to serve
- 2 tbsp honey melted to serve

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Cut Filo pastry sheets into half horizontally. Doing one sheet at a time, brush with melted Flora ProActiv. Place 3 tsp of almonds in the centre of the pastry and fold corners into the centre.
- Loosely scrunch the pastry. Brush a little more Flora ProActiv on the pastry and sprinkle with 1 tsp on almonds.
- Place on a baking tray and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Place thawed berries on a small serving dish and place the pastry on the top. Drizzle pastry with honey to serve.
Fresh seasonal berries may be used in place of frozen berries
