250 grams linguine pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small clove garlic finely chopped
1 small red chilli deseeded and finely chopped
30 grams Flora ProActiv buttery spread
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
small handful fresh parsley roughly chopped
150 grams crabmeat
small handful rocket
Instructions
Cook the linguine according to pack directions.
Meanwhile, heat the oil and gently sauté the garlic and chilli until soft.
