- 25 g Flora ProActiv buttery
- 1 small cloves garlic
- 2 handful fresh basil
- 25 g Parmesan cheese finely grated
- 2 large slices bread e.g. rye granary
- 100 g chicken breast fillet cooked and sliced
- handful rocket
- 25 g toasted pine nuts

Instructions
- Place the Flora ProActiv spread, garlic and basil in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the Parmesan and mix in.
- Spread the pesto over the bread and top with the rocket, chicken and pine nuts.
