Overnight Oats
This is such a simple recipe for a tasty breakfast that takes a matter of minutes to prepare the night before. The fresh and dried fruit provide 1 of your 5 a day each, so you have two ticked off with breakfast!

Ingredients
- 5 grams walnuts finely chopped
- 15 grams mixed seeds such as pumpkin, sunflower and linseed
- 40 grams oats
- 30 grams dried fruits such as raisins or apricots
- 125 grams Flora ProActiv skimmed milk drink
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 80 grams fresh fruit such as strawberries

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the fresh fruit
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight
- In the morning remove the oats from the fridge and add fresh fruit of your choice
- Loosen with a bit of extra milk or low-fat plain yoghurt if desired and enjoy
