Ingredients

  • 5 grams walnuts finely chopped
  • 15 grams mixed seeds such as pumpkin, sunflower and linseed
  • 40 grams oats
  • 30 grams dried fruits such as raisins or apricots
  • 125 grams Flora ProActiv skimmed milk drink
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 80 grams fresh fruit such as strawberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the fresh fruit
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight
  3. In the morning remove the oats from the fridge and add fresh fruit of your choice
  4. Loosen with a bit of extra milk or low-fat plain yoghurt if desired and enjoy
