  • 30 grams Flora ProActiv Light
  • 2 nectarines sliced
  • 1 medium pear sliced
  • 15 gram walnuts roughly chopped toasted
  • 35 grams rocket
  • 40 grams stilton crumbled
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread toasted
  • 2 tsp fresh basil chopped

  1. Toss the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the oil, vinegar and mustard together. Season lightly. Add to the salad and mix well together.
  3. Spread bread with Flora ProActiv Light mixed with basil and a little seasoning. Cut into croutons and serve with the salad.
