This is such a tasty alternative to your morning cuppa! The chai and additional spices provide warmth and flavour, and paired with Flora ProActiv milk, it is a delicious way to enjoy a portion of plant sterols.

Ingredients

  • 1 chai tea bag
  • 100ml boiling water
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 250ml Flora ProActiv milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a measuring jug, pour 100ml boiling water onto the tea bag, cinnamon, ginger and honey. Set aside and leave to infuse for 1 hour.
  2. Put a few ice cubes in your serving glass.
  3. Remove the tea bag and pour the liquid through a fine sieve into the glass.
  4. Top up with 250ml Flora ProActiv milk.
