  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 small red chilli deseeded and finely chopped
  • 30 g Flora ProActiv buttery spread
  • 1/2 fresh lemon zest and juice
  • small handful of fresh parsley roughly chopped
  • 150 g crabmeat
