  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 2 handful fresh basil
  • 25 g Parmesan
  • 2 large slices of bread (e.g. rye, granary)
  • 100 g chicken breast fillet cooked and sliced
  • handful rocket
  • 25 g toasted pine nuts
