  • 4 slices Italian bread e.g. ciabatta
  • 1 clove
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 large shallot finely chopped
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 handful basil roughly torn

Instructions

  1. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the cut surface over both sides of the bread. Toast both sides of the bread.
  2. Spread the Flora ProActiv Buttery spread over the bread and top with the tomatoes, shallot, seasoning and torn basil leaves.
