- 1 clove
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 large shallot finely chopped

Instructions
- Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the cut surface over both sides of the bread. Toast both sides of the bread.
- Spread the Flora ProActiv Buttery spread over the bread and top with the tomatoes, shallot, seasoning and torn basil leaves.
