  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 large shallot finely chopped
  • twist ground black pepper
  • a handful of torn basil

Instructions

  1. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the cut surface over both sides of the bread. Toast both sides of the bread.
