  • 2 nectarines sliced
  • 1 medium pear sliced
  • 15 g walnuts roughly chopped and toasted
  • 35 g rocket
  • 40 g stilton crumbled
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 slices toasted wholemeal bread
  • 2 tsp fresh basil chopped
  • 30 g Flora ProActiv buttery spread

  1. Toss the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the oil, vinegar and mustard together. Season lightly. Add to the salad and mix well together.
